Flood and Flash Flood warnings in parts of US

Flood warnings and watches have been issued for a number of states in the US including:

In addition there have been Flash Flood warnings and watches for several states in the US including:

Many of these areas have already suffered extensive damge due to flooding earlier in the year, and some are seeing more than they have in decades. Illinois, for example, has recently broken the all time record set in 1875, according the the Indy Star. In addition there are storms moving through parts of the Southeast, along with those areas already listed.
